The MABTA Board recently had the opportunity to visit the Austin Opera Butler Performance Center as we continue preparing for the 2026 MABTA Business & Trade Summit. The visit gave us a chance to tour the new venue, see the spaces where our community will come together, and begin envisioning what we hope will be a memorable evening for our members, partners, and guests.
During out visit, we also had the pleasure of meeting with Jennifer Basten, Chief Advancement Officer at Austin Opera, and learning more about the new performance center and the work happening behind the scenes as the venue prepares to welcome its first season.
For MABTA, this visit was an exciting step in bringing our upcoming summit to life. We’re looking forward to creating an evening centeres around connection, collaboration, and opportunity.
